Gilthead Sea Bream
Firm, yet delicate flesh and very similar to sea bass, dourada is found in the Mediterranean waters around the Greek coast.

Roasted vegetables in a filo pastry case and topped with Goat's cheese

Entrecote Steak (250g)
With mushroom and tomato garnish
