Steamed and flavoured with root vegetables and lemongrass

Accompanied by the traditional garnishes

Herb Pot Festive Tart
Filo pastry filled with butternut squash, walnuts, cranberries and blue cheese

Fillet of Scottish Salmon
With a pink grapefruit and basil sauce

Char-Grilled Entrecote Steak
Cooked to your liking, and served with a mushroom, sherry and mustard sauce.

At the Herb Pot we feel that vegetables and potatoes form part of your meal, and these are served with all main courses at no additional cost
